PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

This clarification text has been prepared by BEKİR ÇELİK (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in the Obligation to Disclosure. Your Personal data may be processed by the Company in accordance with the Law within the scope described below.

Which Personal Data Do We Process?

We process your name, surname, mobile phone number, date of birth, address, e-mail address, TR ID Number and IP data via www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr ("INTERNET SITE").

What are the Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in order to fulfil the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, to provide after-sales support services for products and services, to carry out our customer relations processes, to handle your requests and complaints, to carry out the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realisation of the commercial activities carried out by our Company and to carry out the related business processes.

Apart from this information, anonymous aggregated statistical data that do not contain personal information, such as the frequency and times of visits to the site, the times of ordering and the IP address at the time of ordering, the statistics of the product pages visited and the products ordered, will be collected and used to analyse and understand visitor movements and preferences.

Based on your explicit consent, your data may be processed in order to improve our products and services, to carry out our marketing activities, to inform you about our campaigns, to send commercial electronic messages such as advertisements, promotions, etc. and to share them with the companies we receive services from in order to ensure the sending of these messages, to provide the right service in line with your needs by getting to know you better, to make marketing analyses, to personalise our products in line with your requests, to make profiling.

To Whom Your Personal Data Can Be Transferred For What Purposes?

Your personal data collected; in line with the realisation of the above-mentioned purposes, our main shareholders, including BEKİR ÇELİK company, service provider companies, business partners, dealers, suppliers, legally authorised public institutions, organisations from which we receive services, domestic and foreign servers (servers) we use, domestic / foreign institutions from which we receive cloud services, persons and organisations that process data on behalf of the data controller, provide measurement, targeting, profiling support, audit companies, advertising and promotion agencies, cargo companies and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your data may be transferred to servers located at home/abroad and to domestic/foreign institutions from which we receive cloud services in accordance with your explicit consent in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

What is the Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be collected based on the legal reason for the performance of the contract through the website, call centre, mobile application, online applications, cookies, e-mails, social media channels and the program we use in your store shopping in the physical environment, our sales and marketing departments employees, printed forms, membership forms and our solution partners.

In case you give your explicit consent, it may be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law based on the legal reason of customising our products and services according to your likes and usage habits.

For How Long Is Your Personal Data Processed?

The COMPANY retains your personal data for the period required by law, for the period required by the purpose of processing, or for the relevant legal periods in cases where it may be necessary for the COMPANY to protect and exercise its rights in possible legal processes that may arise in the future, in order to act in accordance with legal requirements and to fulfil legal proceedings. At the end of this period, the personal data of our customers will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised by the Company.

The personal data processed for the purposes specified in the COMPANY's policy shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymised by the COMPANY when the purpose requiring processing within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) is no longer required and when the periods specified under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28 October 2017 and numbered 30224 and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 expire.

What Are Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner?
As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

a) To learn whether personal data is processed, b) To request information on if personal data has been processed, c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose, d) To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data are transferred, e) Personal data Requesting correction of the data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of the data, f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7, g) Requesting notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.

You can apply for your rights listed above by visiting our company headquarters in person with your identity card, through a public notary, by signing with your secure electronic signature and sending an e-mail to the registered e-mail address of the company, or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail addresses we have shared below via your e-mail address previously notified by you and registered in our system. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalised free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
