RESERVATIONS

Everyone’s time is valuable.

To provide the most effective and flawless service, we have developed a carefully designed reservation system in line with our working principles.

Using reservations fairly and efficiently is important to respect the time of all our guests. Therefore, please review the explanations below regarding restrictions in case of cancellations or no-shows.

RESERVATION CHANGES

  • Each user may make only 1 reservation.
  • You have the right to change the date/time of your reservation up to 2 times. This right must be exercised at least 48 hours before your current reservation.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS

  • After a total of 4 cancellations within 24 hours , your account will be blocked.
  • After a total of 7 cancellations within 48 hours , your account will be blocked.

For cancellations within 24 hours, the reservation restriction periods are as follows:

NUMBER OF CANCELLATIONS RESTRICTION PERIOD
1. CANCELLATION 3 DAYS
2. CANCELLATION 7 DAYS
3. CANCELLATION 10 DAYS

After the restriction period, you may make a new reservation.

RESERVATION VIOLATIONS

  • If you fail to show up for your reservation 4 times, your account will be blocked.

The restriction periods for no-shows are as follows:

NUMBER OF NO-SHOWS RESTRICTION PERIOD
1. NO-SHOW 10 DAYS
2. NO-SHOW 20 DAYS
3. NO-SHOW 30 DAYS

After the restriction period, you may make a new reservation.

ONLINE RESERVATION AGREEMENT

This Online Reservation Agreement is entered into between the individual and/or legal entity hereinafter referred to as “Customer” and BEKİR ÇELİK, located at Kılıçali Paşa Mahallesi, Matara Sokak, No:16, 34000 Cihangir Beyoğlu/İstanbul (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

In this Agreement, the Company and the Customer will be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”

The Parties acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a formal offer, contains all terms regarding the provision of services within the Company’s business operations, and that the terms are binding and cannot be altered by the Customer.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. Under this agreement, the Company is obliged to provide the services listed under the RESERVATION section on www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr at one of its branches in Turkey, as specified in the annex of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

1.2. By signing this agreement (by making a reservation for one or more of the services offered), the Customer confirms that they have been informed about the reservation rules.

1.3. When the Company confirms the Customer’s request, the Parties shall be deemed to have entered into this agreement.

2. RESERVATION PROCEDURE

2.1. Service reservations can be made by filling out the reservation form on www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr, whether the Customer is registered or not.

2.2. If the Customer wishes to cancel or make any changes, they may do so by emailing info@colorsalone.com or using the website, provided that the conditions of this agreement are met.

2.3. Requests for changes must be submitted at least 2 days before the scheduled reservation date via the methods specified in section 2.2.

2.4. Customers may make changes or cancel their reservation within the same service category only once.

5. SERVICE USAGE

5.1. Reservation information will be checked upon entry. Customers accept responsibility for any incorrect information and any resulting consequences.

5.2. Customers will pay for any additional services or expenses incurred during their visit.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

6.1. If the Company cannot provide the service due to reasons other than force majeure, alternative services will be offered.

6.2. Any complaints regarding service quality must be submitted in writing; otherwise, the service will be deemed delivered correctly and on time.

6.3. The Customer agrees to compensate the Company for any damages resulting from violations of this agreement.

6.4. The Company may modify service terms according to seasonal conditions or demand.

7. OTHER PROVISIONS

7.1. Force majeure events include extreme weather, strikes, terrorist acts, military operations, floods, fires, and epidemics.

7.2. Disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts.

7.3. This agreement comes into effect upon the Customer receiving a reservation number and ends upon departure from the Company premises.

7.4. The Company may send promotional communications to the Customer. The Customer may opt out at any time.

7.5. This agreement consists of these 7 main sections and is deemed accepted by the Customer upon making an online reservation.
