ONLINE RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This Online Reservation Agreement ("AGREEMENT") has been signed between BEKİR ÇELİK (hereinafter referred to as "Colorsalone") residing at KILIÇALİ PAŞA MAH. ANAHTAR SK. NO: 9 A BEYOĞLU/ İSTANBUL, and the actual and/or juridical person who shall hereinafter be referred to as "CUSTOMER".
Within the scope of this Agreement, the Company and the customer will separately be referred to as "Party", and together they will be referred to as "Parties".
These parties, taking into account that this contract is a formal offer, that it contains all the conditions for the provision of services within the scope of the company's business activity for a fee, that all the terms set out below are binding on the parties, that they cannot be changed by the customer, have concluded this contract under the following articles.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. Pursuant to this Agreement, the Company is obliged to provide the services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") at 1 (one) of its branches within the borders of Turkey under the REZERVATIOn tab at www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr, the scope and details of which are specified in the annex to this Agreement.
1.2. 1.2. Upon signature of this Agreement (the Customer accepts that he/she has signed this Agreement by making a reservation for any one or more of the services offered by the Company), the Customer confirms that he/she has been informed about the reservation rules and price tariffs of the service groups offered.
1.3. When the Company confirms the Customer's request, the Parties shall have concluded this contract.
2. RESERVATION METHOD
2.1. The service reservation can be made by the Customer via filling in the reservation form with or without registering to become a member of the website www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr.
2.2. In the event that the Customer wishes to terminate his/her request or make any changes, he/she may send an e-mail to the e-mail address info@colorsalone.com or change or cancel the reservation via www.colorsalone.com and/or www.colorsalone.com.tr, provided that he/she complies with the matters specified in this Agreement and fulfils the conditions.
2.3. The Customer's request to make changes to the reservation must be communicated to the company by the Customer or the Customer's authorised representative by one of the methods specified in article 2.2., 2 (two) days before the appointment date at the latest.
2.4. The Client may request a maximum of 1 change and cancellation of the reservation for the same transaction category without any charge. If the Customer requests more changes, he/she will be obliged to pay a fee according to the tariff for changes, reservations and cancellations applied by the company.
2.5. With this agreement, the Customer hereby accepts, declares and undertakes that if the Customer makes / wants to make a change for any reason in the reservation during the period when the special discount is applied during the registration (discount code, special user discount or opportunity code, etc.), the new reservation will be made according to the price lists applied during the date of the new reservation. The Customer has accepted that special discounts will not be valid for reservation changes made outside the periods for which special discounts are applied during registration.
2.6. The Company reserves the right to cancel the customer's reservations without requiring a reason by refunding the full payment made by the Customer.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
3.1. The customer will pay a part of the price amount of the service group he/she has selected by credit card or bank transfer through the online reservation system, and the balance part will be paid at the time of leaving the workplace after completing the service purchase.
3.2. The Company acknowledges that the credit card information and the system in which the information is provided are under the protection of a special security system that prevents the information from being viewed or copied in any way and under any circumstances. At the same time, the Company shall not be liable for and shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by damaging programmes and similar program systems originating from the Client's computer, and for any third-party disclosure of information, documents and secrets due to the Client's carelessness.
3.4. The invoice will be given to the Customer during the exit of the workplace after receiving the service. If the Customer does not receive the invoice during the check-out, the invoice will be sent to the address specified by the Customer. If the Customer has not specified the address to send the invoice, the invoice will be sent to the contact address. The company will not be held responsible for the non-receipt of the invoice due to the customer specifying the wrong address, not specifying the recipient or the absence of the recipient at the specified address.
4. PAYMENT REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS
4.1. The full payment made will be refunded by Colorsalone after deducting commission, tax, etc. if the Customer submits the cancellation request to the company by one of the methods in article 2.2. before the cancellation request is made more than 7 days after the appointment date.
4.2. In the event that the cancellation request is made more than 7 days earlier than the Customer's appointment date, it will not be possible to refund the entire fee received from the Customer and the Customer irrevocably accepts and declares that he/she has paid this amount to the company as a penal clause. If value added tax is required to be paid for the penal clause and other compensations to be paid by the Customer pursuant to this contract, the customer is obliged to pay the value added tax in force.
4.3. If the reservation is cancelled 5-6 days before the appointment date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the Customer by deducting commission, tax, etc. expenses;
4.4. If the reservation is cancelled 3-4 days before the appointment date, 20% of the paid amount will be refunded to the Customer by deducting commission, tax, etc. expenses;
4.5. In the event that the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days before the appointment date, no refund will be made to the Customer.
4.6. At the time of booking registration, refunds or reimbursements from payments made by credit card will be credited back by the company to the bank account to which the Customer's credit card belongs and/or to the bank account to which the payment was sent.
4.7. In all refund transactions, commission, tax, etc. will be deducted by the company and returned to the Customer.
4.8 For the refunds; as stated on the page https://www.paytr.com/destek-merkezi?cat=odemeler and depending on PayTR, the processing of the cancellation/refund to the card is carried out within 1-3 days on average for credit cards and 7-14 business days on average for debit cards, depending on the way banks work. The refund of money order/EFT transactions takes place within 24 hours.
4.9. Colorsalone is not liable for any problems to be experienced by the 3rd party regarding payment transactions and refunds.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY DETAILS
5.1. The customer's reservation information will be checked during check-in. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes in advance the legal responsibilities that may arise due to the customer giving false information. The customer will also cover the expenses that may arise due to this situation.
5.2.The customer will pay the extra expenses other than the service selected at the time of booking at the time of check-out.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Company will provide additional service and/or alternative service to the Customer if the Customer cannot fulfil the service booked by the Customer for reasons other than force majeure. If the additional and/or alternative service is not accepted by the customer, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
6.2. In the event that the customer is provided with poor quality service, he/she shall notify his/her complaint in writing to the company representative, otherwise the service provided by the company shall be deemed to have been provided flawlessly and on time.
6.3 In the event that the customer violates any article of the contract, the customer accepts and undertakes to cover any damages incurred by the company as a result of the violation.
6.3. The Company may change the terms and conditions of its service according to seasonal conditions and workload.
7. FURTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. Unpredictable situations such as adverse weather conditions, strike-lockout, terrorism, military action, flood, fire, epidemic disease, etc. will be accepted as force majeure. In the event of such situations, the company may not continue to provide service.
7.2. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts are authorised for the settlement of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
7.3 This contract will be effective upon the Customer's reservation and payment of the reservation number to be given to him/her by the company and will be terminated upon the Customer's departure from the company/workplace.
7.4 The Company may send electronic messages for marketing and promotional purposes to the electronic mail address and / or telephone of the customer notified during the reservation. The customer has the right to opt out of these notifications free of charge at any time and not receive messages for information and marketing purposes.
7.5 This Agreement, comprising of 7 (seven) main articles and the service fees on the website "www.colorsalone.com/tr/fiyat-listesi and www.colorsalone.com/tr/rezervasyon", is deemed to have been accepted by the customer with all its terms and conditions on the date of online booking.
